MINIMUM ACADEMIC/

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline.2. Technical background in Property Development Company.3. A matured professional with a minimum 5 years of work experience in property development company.4. Experience in handling multi-project portfolios.5. Adept with numbers; good with handling and analysing data.

Purpose of Job:
1. Responsible for planning, organising, and monitoring Paramount Property's sustainability strategies, plans and programmes in line with the Group's ESG objectives

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.

Be the sustainability lead for the property division working closely with the sustainability working group (which comprises representatives from key business units) to ensure sustainability initiatives are implemented.2.

Monitor the implementation of ESG activities and establish database inventory to track ESG performance against targets.3. Coordinate data collection and maintain database

  • Engage data owners to obtain credible and accurate data and information in a timely manner to meet the requirements of relevant sustainability standards and guidelines for reporting purposes (sustainability report) and any other relevant communications
  • Manage sustainability databases and conduct data analysis to be included in presentations to the Sustainability Steering Committee and Board of Directors
  • Able to collate measurement data for periodic department performance reports as required (to evaluate progress in achieving targets)4. Undertake sustainability research & analysis
  • Stay abreast of latest regulations, trends and best practices that affect the economic, environmental, and social governance risks and opportunities within Paramount Property.
  • Able to conduct research, literature reviews and benchmark sustainability approach and performance to support improvement in strategies, operations, products & services, supply chain management and policies.
  • Ensure the relevant statutory requirements, listing requirements, compliance and disclosures that are important to the organisation are captured and updated in a timely manner5. Provide functional support
  • Assist in organising sustainability-related activities or programmes, liaise with relevant stakeholders and handling administrative matters
  • Identify sustainability governance gaps, risks and opportunities as well as carrying out cost-benefit analysis where practical
