Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
Monitor the Whats App group to efficiently handle client requests and address complaints.
Prepare and maintain documents, quotation, sales, spreadsheets, and reports.
Collaborate with other team members to support overall office functions.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive daily reports to managers, highlighting key activities, accomplishments, and any outstanding issues requiring attention.
Oversee inventory management, including stock control for office supplies, workshop item and parts and other related materials.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or an equivalent certification at a similar education level.
No experience needed, willing to learn and having basic knowledge in office managementExcellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Having own transportation for support functions.
