**Responsibilities:**

* Oversee team performance and assist the Store Manager in operational tasks
* Ensure the outlet delivers an exceptional customer experience
* Maintain high standards of service and quality
* Supervise staff and provide guidance and support as needed
* Assist with inventory management and ordering
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment

**Requirements:**

* Min 1-2 years experience as a Store Supervisor, Shift Leader, or similar role in the food service or hospitality industry
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team
* Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
* Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) systems
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Diploma in Hospitality or a related field
* Experience in food service management
* Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
