  • Ensure that the team possess a thorough knowledge of the company and products.
  • Ensure that all Retail Assistants are able to communicate effectively the product features and benefits and be able to advise customers on fashion choices and matching.
  • Positive attitude and motivate team spirit to achieve sales target.
  • Being the role model consistently delivers excellent customer service by ensuring a good management presence at the store at all times.
  • Implement and support effective retail operations functions and priorities by developing and tracking monthly, seasonal, and annual store plans.
  • Maintain a firm control over security risks to prevent potential theft or loss, and report to the company and or the authorities of any further risks beyond the store's capability.
  • Evaluate weekly and monthly store key performance and sell thru information to highlight customer behavior within the store area, and provide the information to HQ as input towards decision making.
  • Conduct daily briefings to keep the team on track in delivering the weekly and monthly KPIs.
  • Counteract to competitor activity by adjusting store sales, visual merchandising, and, marketing tactics.
  • Ensure the store sales and inventory position is recorded and accurate in the POS system consistently.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the store.
  • Share with the team members on any new information (new product info, company, and service requirements) in order to perform their duties effectively.
  • Submit monthly individual's punch card, overtime claims form, new hire job application form, medical and or other misc claims to the company for payroll processing.
Skills & Qualifications

  • Have at least 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Must have leadership and know how to take initiative
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good coordination and administration skills
  • Service oriented with high enthusiasm to serve
  • Able to work retail operational hours
Store Manager
The primary duties of a storekeeper are to maintains receipts, records, and withdrawals. This include check the stock level and report if the stock level is low. Moreover, storekeeper is required to report damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement and record-keeping purposes.
