Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Reviewer to join our team. As a Content Reviewer, you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated and editorial content to ensure accuracy and compliance with client policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Moderate content to ensure accurate and precise decision-making in the online space
  • Gain a deep understanding of client policies and guidelines
  • Review user-generated and editorial content, including text, images, audio, and video
  • Identify improvement opportunities and solutions to problems
  • Analyze and identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action
  • Review reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality
  • Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside of established policies
  • Use market-specific knowledge and insights to spot and scope solutions to improve user community support
  • Meet daily KPIs and ensure process adherence in Service Operations
  • Maintain confidentiality while meeting strict deadlines

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Diploma in a relevant field
  • Excellent written, reading, and spoken communications skills in Mandarin
  • Good communications skills in English
  • Online community experience and exposure
  • Experience with confidential information collection and management (preferable)
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Neutral mindset towards different content
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated, independent, and inquisitive
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage critical situations with minimum supervision
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to perform in adverse situations
