**Actuarial Manager Role**

Seeking an experienced professional to coordinate and manage actuarial assignments, particularly in IFRS 17 reporting, with a focus on group-level collaboration and support.

**Job Description**

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

* Developing and maintaining IFRS 17 model architecture across all GI entities, including model governance and validation
* Reviewing IFRS 17 procedures to ensure model integrity and appropriate documentation
* Providing actuarial support for cross-entity assignments, such as liability valuation, stress testing, and reinsurance optimization
* Assisting in the development of actuarial models and implementing necessary upgrades to ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory frameworks
* Identifying and mitigating business and regulatory compliance risks
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging threats to ensure the company's risk management practices are best-in-class

**Requirements**

* Tertiary qualification in Statistics, Maths, or Actuarial Studies
* Good progress in professional actuarial exams in a recognized association
* At least 5 years of actuarial-related experience
* Strong communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Prophet or SAS
* Sound actuarial principles and a good understanding of IFRS 17 reporting requirements
* High level of integrity, accountability, and teamwork attitude
