Provide professional advice on appropriate financial products based on customer needs. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent after-sales service. Plan and implement sales activities related to Bancassurance products. Act promptly on all leads and follow up on activities. Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of Bancassurance products in the market. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall branch targets.

Job Requirements Candidate must possess a minimum qualification of SPM with 5 passes, including Bahasa Malaysia, or a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or an equivalent field.

At least 1 year of experience in a branch environment. Result-oriented, passionate about sales and marketing, and adaptable to new challenges. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service to both external and internal customers. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers at all levels. Candidates with full insurance licenses (PCE/CEILI/TBE) will have an added advantage.
