Job Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our procurement team. The successful candidate will assist in sourcing and purchasing goods and services, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring that the procurement process runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities :

  1. Procure materials per sales planning schedules to meet customer shipment commitments.
  2. Expedite materials for any New Product Introduction (NPI) or urgent customer orders.
  3. Collaborate with sales and production planners to address material shortages while minimizing inventory and maintaining adequate material levels.
  4. Achieve material cost reductions to meet company KPIs, source secondary suppliers for critical parts, and ensure material quality meets customer specifications.
  5. Place and monitor Purchase Orders (PO) and Purchase Requisitions (PR) to align with production plans.
  6. Work with the group procurement solution team to implement company procurement strategies.
  7. Control procurement activities to prevent over-buying and ensure material quality meets required specifications.
  8. Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and products, analyse market trends, and provide recommendations to senior procurement staff.
  9. Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, relevant regulations, and standards.
  10. Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders, deliveries, or payments promptly.

Requirements :

  1. Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  2. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  4. Fluency in Chinese is preferred due to dealings with Chinese suppliers.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  7. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
