Job Description :

  • Team Preparation: Provide the quality certification line team with all necessary information related to the launch of a new model. Ensure that the team is well-informed and prepared for mass production conditions. All quality standards must be clearly communicated and visualized for team members.
  • Documentation: Be responsible for preparing all relevant documentation, starting from the initial project kick-off to the trial phases, and overseeing continuous improvements until mass production is achieved.
  • Event Attendance: Attend all events related to the new model launch, including meetings, trials, line setup, and confirm essential aspects such as cycle time, manpower planning, Bill of Materials (BOM), and Standard Process List (SPL).
  • Timeline Management: Create a timeline based on MCE (Manufacturing Center of Excellence) milestones or master plans to ensure that all activities follow the schedule and meet deadlines.
  • Progress Reporting: Keep the head of the department and related departments (e.g., Body Shop, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, VPE) updated on changes and progress. Follow up on any pending issues within the specified time frame.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare various documents such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Job Element Sheets (JES), time studies, process sheets, AXJ / A3 reports, material lists, BOMs, and manpower schedules.
  • Confirmation and Validation: Confirm and validate all related aspects of 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) for the new model.
  • Problem Solving: Implement a PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) approach for all trial activities, proactively addressing issues and proposing improvements.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
  • Possess at least 5 years of working experience in the Quality Department, with a strong emphasis on essential project management skills and time management.
