COMPANY OVERVIEW

An established manufacturing company is looking for a skilled talent in managing the accounts payable function, supporting ASEAN and APAC region. You will play in a crucial role of handling accounts payable books including processing invoice, processing payments and assisting in accounts payable monthly closing reports.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee invoice processing from vendors in Malaysia, APAC, and other regions.
  • Ensure timely payment processing on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
  • Prepare and execute bank account reconciliation reports.
  • Assist with monthly financial closing reports.
  • Perform other ad hoc accounts payable tasks as assigned by managers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Proficient in Mandarin and English to process invoice or replying emails to vendor from Malaysia, China or Taiwan. Has relevant working experience in accounts payable process.Having experience and knowledge in IFRS and SAP system will be an advantage.Must have own transportation and be willing to travel to the office location in Petaling Jaya.To be considered for this role, the relevant rights to work in Malaysia are required.
