Job Description

  • Dive Deep, Solve Smart: Investigate recurring issues and product defects with a keen eye. Become a master detective, pinpointing root causes and recommending data-driven solutions to prevent future occurrences.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree, in Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience in related field.
  • Knowledge in application of 8D Problem Solving Methodology, FMEA, SPC, Control Plan.
  • Working experience in manufacturing environment with strong operations process knowledge.
  • Strong leadership.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
