What a Typical Day Entails

  • Lead Human Capital Solutions endeavors in Malaysia, fostering relationships with clients in South East Asia. Establish trust with senior clients, expand services, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Drive business development in SEA, focusing on People strategy, human capital M&A, Total Rewards, and Strategic Communication.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to people advisory content development and human capital solutions research. Enhance team members' consulting skills and elevate HCS capabilities.
  • Promote firm growth by collaborating across solution lines and enhancing operational efficiency. Stay informed about industry trends and integrate this knowledge into advisory services.
  • Expected to be based in Singapore and KL.

Key Skills and Experience for Success

  • Over 10 years of experience delivering value to clients, ideally in a consulting role, coupled with strong business acumen.
  • Previous experience in Human Capital is advantageous.
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders, including C-Suites and Board of Directors. Proficient in cross-functional teamwork.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and conceptual skills. Experience in international project management and multitasking.
  • Willingness to travel and a proactive, customer-focused approach.
