Randstad is partnering with a leading global business processes outsourcing company seeking a Senior Accounts Executive / Accounts Executive.

About the Job:
Position Overview: As an Account Executive / Senior Account Executive specialized in managing full sets of accounts, you play a vital role in ensuring the financial health and integrity of clients' businesses. Your responsibilities include overseeing all accounting operations, such as financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement with 3 days of work-from-home flexibility, providing a unique opportunity to balance autonomy and collaboration while maintaining work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full sets of accounts for assigned clients, handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, invoices, and payments following established procedures and regulations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, reports, and budgets for review by management and clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to collect financial data, analyze performance metrics, and offer insights to support decision-making.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
  • Engage with external stakeholders like auditors, tax authorities, and vendors to address inquiries and resolve issues when necessary.
  • Identify process enhancements and implement best practices to streamline accounting workflows and boost efficiency.
  • Keep updated on industry advancements, regulatory changes, and technological innovations to stay current with accounting practices.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA qualification preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in accounting roles, focusing on managing full sets of accounts; experience in a BPO environment is a plus.
  • Strong grasp of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proactive attitude with a dedication to continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines with accountability.
