Job Description- Proficiency in ERP software implementation, configuration, customization and integration.
- Manage and oversee the implementation of organization's ERP related application system
- Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation,
- Provide technical assistance and support to end-users who are experiencing issues with
- Work closely and coordinate IT project activities with internal departments and external
- Conduct application training session, maintain training material to educate users and create
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business
complex data models within Power BI.
- Experience in managing Microsoft Azure portal and have a good understanding of various
- Continuous improvement to promote organization's IT infrastructure and apply IT security
- Provide IT administrative support activities and assistance to users.
- Performing any other IT related duties assigned.
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 2- 3 years of working experience in related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business
- SQL queries & Database fundamental background to understand both functional and
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Willing to travel overseas whenever necessary.
- Team player.
- Malaysia citizen.
- Able to travel to Cambodia and Vietnam if required on short term business trip basis.
