Responsibilities:
Process existing jobs, including coding, testing, debugging, and system implementation.
Identify and resolve software bugs or errors reported by users or discovered during testing.
Analyze and troubleshoot issues to determine root causes.
Perform routine maintenance on databases associated with the software.
Execute and maintain existing developed systems.
Produce system and user documentation.
Provide technical support to end-users encountering software issues.
Collaborate with team members to identify and automate repetitive processes, enhancing efficiency.
Implement and maintain daily processing routines to ensure timely execution of critical tasks.
Conduct daily email blasting campaigns to targeted audiences.

Utilize programming languages such as Python, Java, CTT, , SQL, MySQL, and PHP.Undertake any other duties assigned by the Superior/Management.


Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Practical experience with various software applications.
