As an Enterprise Risk Management Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing, implementing, maintaining, monitoring, and reviewing the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework within the Company, including policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Collecting, compiling, and analyzing relevant data for risk management purposes, staying up-to-date with current trends, tools, best practices, and methodologies.
  • Staying informed about current laws and regulations, including the Companies Act, MACC Amendment Act 2018, Malaysian Code of Corporate Governance, ISO 31000, and other relevant ISOs or standards.
  • Assisting and participating in departmental initiatives.
  • Providing administrative support to the Department and performing other duties as directed by the immediate supervisor.
