Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, debug and documenting of applications to satisfy business requirements of projects. Able to work in Scrum Framework and Agile Framework.
  • Work with team members to estimate timelines, define project plans, and delegate tasks.
  • Work with QA team members to ensure qualities are aligned
  • Work with Feature Owner / Product Owner closely to ensure business requirements are aligned and documented.
  • Cross team support to relevant stakeholders which includes developer team, qa team and team from our counterpart (usually Germany).
  • Provide technical consultation to the Business Analyst, Feature Owner and Product Owner for developing new systems or enhancing existing ones to support the business.
  • Analysis and translation of complex business requirements into technical requirements for development, and creation of high level technical architecture, design documents and technical specifications, in accordance with best practices and standards.
  • Research and evaluation of alternative solutions, and recommend implementations.
  • Ensure that expected application performance levels are achieved.
  • Periodically perform code reviews.
  • Able to work multitple projects and tasks.
  • Work with Solution Architect to realize technical concept.
  • Provide guidance to junior team members.
  • Involve in 3rd Level Support from time to time.
  • Making sure security, performance and extendability of code are covered.
  • Work with Team Lead to update him team's current situation, relationship with the team and feedbacks.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 6 years professional experience in the development and implementation of Java and Spring framework business applications.
  • Must have strong knowledge in Java (11,17,21), Spring framework (Spring Web, Spring core, Spring batch), Angular, Web Services (RESTFUL and SOAP), web technologies (HTML5, CSS, Javascript), database experience (such as MySQL, SQL Server and/or Oracle, Postgres) and testing framework (Junit and relevant mocking technology), XML and Schema, WS-Security.
  • Knowledge and working experience in Eclipse or InteliJ IDE, Git/Bitbucket/Github, Maven, Authentication Framework (SAML, oAuth), , and good IT security awareness is highly desired.
  • Have some knowledge on CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, version management and deployements
  • Experience in cURL and/or Postman tool is preferred.
  • Experiences in SDLC and in test driven development is preferred.
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical / Logistic Industries is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of Object Oriented design, MVC concept, modular programming architecture and application integration is an advantage.
  • Experience in others JavaEE technologies and open source frameworks apart from those mentioned above is an advantage.
  • Solid analytical, interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • Possessed a positive attitude when dealing with other teams, developers, architects, QA and Product Owners
  • Proactive and Initiative to helping others and willing to learn
  • This job demand flexibility and willingness to work in dynamic environment with customer driven project. The candidates are expected to communicate with clients and colleagues in EU regularly.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines. Independent, self-discipline, self-organize, and able to learn and work under minimum supervision.
