**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Personal Financial Consultant to join our team. As a PFC, you will be responsible for actively marketing and selling CIMB's consumer products to customers, building long-term relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Sales Planning:
    • Identify and pursue sales opportunities through referrals, networking, and data mining.
    • Manage sales pipelines by participating in sales management routines and maintaining accurate information.
  • Sales Execution:
    • Market and sell CIMB's consumer products to customers, understanding their requirements and recommending appropriate products.
    • Actively cross-sell to CIMB's customers and execute sales based on customer requests.
  • Customer Relationship:
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing quality service and resolving complaints.
  • Compliance:
    • Manage portfolio risk exposure for customers and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • People Management:
    • Encourage teamwork within the branch sales team by providing assistance and promoting a professional working relationship.

**Requirements:**

  • Qualification:
    • University Degree (preferably in business or accounting)
    • Banking diploma with 3 years relevant banking experience may be considered
  • Experience:
    • 2-3 years banking/sales and marketing experience is preferable
    • Fresh graduates may be considered
  • Skill/Competencies:
    • Good networking skills, customer focus, confident, proactive, and results-oriented
    • Excellent communication skills, proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is preferable but optional
    • Good business etiquette and image
    • Computer skills, e.g., Microsoft Office
