Job Summary

  • Assist in day-to-day finance operations, including month-end closing and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Prepare financial and management reports, including statutory payments and tax deductions.
  • Arrange annual auditing of accounting records and liaise with external auditors.
  • Work closely with regional finance team members on accounting and finance matters.
  • Assist in finance-related projects, including system implementation and SOP updates.
  • Provide ad hoc financial information as required.
  • Process payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, and employee reimbursements.
  • Handle payment inquiries and liaise internally and externally.

Requirements

  • University degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 3-4 years of relevant working experience in a multinational company, preferably with audit and GL experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin, with Cantonese speaking an added advantage.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Experience in Oracle Netsuite is an added advantage.
  • Attention to detail, good working attitude, and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Mature, self-motivated, and independent with a strong sense of organization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a start-up attitude with a collaborative and entrepreneurial spirit.
