1. Gestion de l'équipe et développement des compétences

  • Concevoir l'organisation optimale, recruter les bons profils et assurer la gestion proactive de la chaîne d'approvisionnement de l'équipe de vente
  • Assurer la gestion quotidienne, la formation, le coaching et l'animation d'une partie de l'équipe de vente

2. Gestion des opérations de la boutique

  • Assurer l'application et le respect de toutes les politiques, procédures et lignes directrices du groupe, de la Maison et de la boutique
  • Assurer l'application et le respect des lignes directrices de la mise en scène visuelle
  • Assurer que la section de la boutique et ses comptoirs soient en parfait état
  • Être responsable de la disponibilité, de la connaissance et de l'utilisation des outils de vente et de client
  • Aider le directeur adjoint de la boutique dans les rapports de boutique si nécessaire
  • Participer aux inventaires

3. Gestion du rendement de la boutique

  • Aider la direction de la boutique à définir, mettre en œuvre et suivre les plans d'action pour atteindre les objectifs de vente de la Maison, de la boutique et des catégories

4. Réalisations de vente et développement du portefeuille client

  • Assurer une expérience client unique et exceptionnelle avant, pendant et après la vente
  • Maitriser parfaitement les étapes d'une vente
  • Adapter ses méthodes en fonction des besoins et des motivations des clients
  • Négocier avec facilité et gérer les objections
  • Rencontrer les objectifs individuels et de boutique, tant quantitatifs que qualitatifs
  • Développer des relations solides avec les clients pour développer la fidélité client et le portefeuille client
  • Participer aux événements clients et agir en tant qu'Ambassador de la Maison
