Undertaking design projects from concept to completion.
Establish project requirements and timelines.
Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time.
Attend to clients briefing and site visit to each projects.
Develop and present design concepts and solutions to clients.
Handling all design related scope including conceptual design, space planning, detailing and etc.
Creating 3D models and renderings to help clients visualize the proposed design.
Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Degree or equivalent in Architecture/Interior Design.

At least 2 years of working experience in the related industry, the experience of interior design will have added advantage.

Proficient in using related industry standard software such as 3D Studio Max, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp and V-Ray.
Able to take work pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
Ability to multi task, organized and possess good time management.
Immediate available is highly preferred.
