  • Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to understand their hair and scalpconcerns, goals, and preferences.
  • Perform detailed assessments of clients' hair and scalp conditions using specialized toolsand techniques.
  • Recommend personalized treatment plans based on clients' individual needs and desiredoutcomes.
  • Educate clients on the importance of proper hair and scalp care practices, includingcleansing, conditioning, and styling techniques.
  • Provide guidance on selecting appropriate hair care products, treatments, and maintenanceroutines to support healthy hair and scalp.
  • Demonstrate product usage and application techniques to clients to ensure optimal resultsand customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate client records, including consultation notes, treatment plans, andproduct recommendations.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in hair and scalp careto enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with salon team members to promote and cross-sell hair care products andservices.
  • Uphold salon standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and hygiene at all times.
Qualifications

  • Spm or equivalent.
  • Age 18 above (Female Only).

Language requirements:
Bahasa & English

  • Certification or training in cosmetology, trichology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of hair and scalp anatomy, physiology, and common conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and establish trust and credibility.
  • Exceptional listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in recommending and selling hair care products and treatments.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving client needs and preferences.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
