GV Lead Consultant

We're looking for a seasoned GV Lead Consultant to join our team at ADP.

As a GV Lead Consultant, you'll be responsible for conducting blueprinting workshops, gathering client requirements, and providing analysis and solutions to enhance client practices or match client processes with ADP operation standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting blueprinting workshops to obtain client requirements
  • Working with clients and previous vendors to ensure proper understanding and gathering of existing data, information, and processes
  • Providing analysis and solutions to clients to enhance client practices or match client processes with ADP operation standards
  • Designing and documenting client solutions, including business requirements, HR out-sourcing processes, and program specifications
  • Liaising with clients throughout data cleansing, mapping, and conversion phases, and providing assistance with data loads and reconciliation
  • Providing end-user training, including creating training materials and training systems
  • Generating test scripts to enable clients to test solutions
  • Supporting clients throughout UAT, Parallel, and Go-Live phases
  • Escalating project issues to the Implementation Manager, including scope variations, task slippages, and risks
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure client requirements are understood and timeframes are adhered to

Requirements:

  • University degree or above, majored in Computer Science or Information Management
  • 3+ years of experience in SAP HR/Payroll Industry
  • Certified SAP HR/Payroll Consultant preferred
  • Professional manner and presentation, with ability to set, manage, and satisfy client expectations
  • Ability to understand and work with different cultures professionally
  • Client-focused, with ability to demonstrate concern for meeting and exceeding immediate and future needs of clients
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently across various internal teams and clients
  • Ability to use tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio to update and maintain documentations/presentations/demonstrations
  • At least 2 full life cycle implementations

Bonus points if you have experience with:

  • Full life cycle implementations
  • Working with different cultures professionally
  • Using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
