The Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts payable process within the organization. This includes accurately processing invoices, ensuring timely payments to vendors, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate records.

Description


Manage payments using SAP (F110) Demonstrate proficiency in payment management tailored specifically for the China and Greater China region.Conduct comprehensive analysis of creditor aging reports and produce detailed analytical insights.Develop accurate cash forecasts and meticulously prepare cash flow reports.Possess in-depth knowledge of Tax and WHT regulations governing China & Greater China.Execute payments seamlessly across various banking platforms with precision.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Min 2-5 years of experience of managing payments from SAP (F110).
  • Expertise in managing payments for the China and Greater China region.
  • Well versed with Mandarin and English
