Understand the software requirements and develop detailed test plans and test cases that cover various scenarios and use cases.
Create and execute various types of test cases such as functional, regression, and customer scenario testing.
Validate the software's functionality, identify potential defects, and ensure the application performs as expected under different conditions.
Identify, document, and prioritize technical issues and bugs.
Report any defects found during testing to the development team and collaborate with them to resolve the issues.
Retest the software to confirm that the fixes have been implemented correctly.
Work closely with software developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Participate in review meetings with other stakeholders, such as developers, business analysts, and project managers, to provide feedback on the software and the testing process.

Collaborate with the development team to understand the user stories and acceptance criteria.
Estimate the effort required for testing and plan the testing activities for the sprint.
Participate in Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives to provide feedback on the testing process.

Work closely with the Development Team, Product Owner, and Scrum Master to ensure that quality is built into the product from the beginning.


Technical Skillset:
Familiar with Confluence and Jira.
Experience with any test management tools.
API and web application testing.
Attention to detail and accurate documentation of defects.
Ability to manage testing schedules and prioritize tasks effectively.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Software QA.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract Contract length: 12 monthsPay: Up to RM7,000.00 per monthSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:Manual testing: 3 years (Preferred)
