Outlet Manager (JOM)

As the first level of management at W Café, you will form the foundation for future managerial progression.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service:
    • Ensure Crews treat customers in a polite manner and upsell as appropriate.
    • Respond to and manage customer complaints.
  • Inventory:
    • Ensure sufficient stock for day-to-day operations via planning and ordering from business partners.
    • Lead the team to arrange monthly stock counts with the crew.
  • Ops Standard:
    • Ensure cleanliness of the work area by completing daily and weekly cleaning tasks.
    • Communicate with district managers to resolve sales and operational issues.
  • People Management:
    • Schedule team timetables fairly and optimally.
    • Dedicate work among team members according to workstations.
    • Help crew members succeed by managing and training them and providing feedback.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the Food & Beverage/Hospitality industry.
  • Experience in baking is a plus.
  • Able to handcraft coffee (basic) using an espresso machine.
  • Must be able to communicate well in English.
  • Right attitude.
  • Must be Malaysian and possess own transport.
  • Work Full Time (5 days a week) 7am - 5pm or 9am – 7pm.
