JUNIOR HAIR SCALP & CONSULTANT-HALABO (1 UTAMA PJ) Last Updated on 20 Apr '24 Expiring on 17 May '24 FROM RM 2000 Job Description - To achieve sales collection RM45,000 within 3 months.
- To achieve personal fulfilment minimum 200 seats within 3 months.
- Minimum 3 months continuously achieve 45% of Personal Closing Rate.
- Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to understand their hair and scalp concerns, goals, and preferences.
- Perform detailed assessments of clients' hair and scalp conditions using specialized tools and techniques.
- Recommend personalized treatment plans based on clients' individual needs and desired outcomes.
- Educate clients on the importance of proper hair and scalp care practices, including cleansing, conditioning, and styling techniques.
- Provide guidance on selecting appropriate hair care products, treatments, and maintenance routines to support healthy hair and scalp.
- Demonstrate product usage and application techniques to clients to ensure optimal results and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate client records, including consultation notes, treatment plans, and product recommendations.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in hair and scalp care to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with salon team members to promote and cross-sell hair care products and services.
- Uphold salon standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and hygiene at all times. Qualifications
- Spm or equivalent.
- Age 18 above.
Language requirements:
Bahasa, English & Mandrin
- Certification or training in cosmetology, trichology, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hair and scalp anatomy, physiology, and common conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and establish trust and credibility.
- Exceptional listening skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in recommending and selling hair care products and treatments.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving client needs and preferences.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Salary Package Junior
