POSITION SUMMARY
- Process all guest check-ins, verify guest identity, form of payment, assign room, and issue room key.- Set up accurate accounts for each guest based on their needs.- Enter Marriott Rewards information and ensure accurate rates.- Complete cash handling, reports, and guest requests.- Assist in training and coaching employees.- Maintain positive relationships and follow company policies.- Welcome and assist guests with their needs professionally.- Maintain quality standards and confidentiality.- Perform various tasks as requested by supervisors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.Related Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.Supervisory Experience: Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.License or Certification: Not required
