Assistant Manager, Operation & Maintenance

Manage and administer the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) at diverse client locations, offering training to both new and existing users for continual improvement post-implementation. Ensure the routine and preventive maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems, specifically those related to utilities like chilled water, iced water, compressed air, thermal oil heaters & combustion burners, natural gas supply systems, and related measuring instrumentation (operation, maintenance, commissioning, installation & troubleshooting). Lead operational optimization efforts, analyzing and overseeing asset performance across all sites, addressing both technical and financial aspects of individual site performance. Supervise site team members to ensure the presence, functionality, proper validation/calibration, and seamless integration of all Controls and Instrumentation with existing SCADA and Smart O&M. Drive and supervise professional communication and relationships, including timely contract management for all sites, ensuring accurate O&M reporting submission to internal and external stakeholders. Implement best practices in spare parts, consumables management across all sites and relevant mitigation plans as prevention Ensure effective coordination and engagement with internal and external stakeholders, spanning finance, legal, HR, projects, engineering, and asset performance teams. Manage all purchases and coordinate procurement to meet the O&M requirements of each site.
