Job Description:

We are looking for a remote Secretary to support our team at Malaysia Airlines Berhad in George Town, Penang, MY.

This part-time position requires someone with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

As an Associate Level remote Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team while working from a remote location.


Responsibilities:
1. Managing and organizing email correspondence.2. Scheduling meetings and appointments.3. Taking minutes during meetings.4. Handling travel arrangements.5. Drafting and proofreading documents.6. Maintaining records and files.7. Providing general administrative support to the team.

Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a Secretary or in a similar role.2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.4.
