Responsibilities

• Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades/maintenance as required.
• Provide prompt and efficient onsite/remote technical support to company users.
• Contribute knowledge base to provide users with simple and clear guidance.
• Part of internal IT projects, in charge of onboarding/offboarding of all IT projects and end-user computing services.
• Liaise with service providers and vendors.
• Convey issues clearly to next-level engineers or teams.
• Provide user training as and when required.

Requirements

• Open for Fresh Graduated
• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology and/or other related courses
• Good understanding of computer hardware and software, networking, and office eqiuipments.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft products, e.g, Windows, Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and professional interfacing abilities with a variety of users within the company.
• Strong sense of responsibility, and well time management abilities

Able to converse in Cantonese is an advantage

• Job Type: Full Time
• Timing / Shifts: 5.5 Day Week
