- Job Brief:
- To maintain and monitor in house developed system, and to provide support for production operation.
- To propose and provide IT-related services that lead to company and staffs' profits.
- To create and manage data available in company and provide user data required through data warehouse management.
- Job Responsibilities:
- To understand and automate company operation into systematic operation.
- To maintain and monitoring in house developed system to run smoothly.
- To ensure all data backup is successful on daily and monthly basis.
- To maintain production operation by register / update required information into system.
- Monitor database status and data replication status.
- Monitor and maintain server operation to make sure system operation ok.
- To ensure no down time in production area.
- Understand production workflow and provide advise / develop system to increase productivity.
- To provide process automation solution to improve department operation.
- To provide IT tools implementation method to improve operations
- To support basic SAP installation and setting
- Manage data available and process it using data warehouse technology which in a platform where user can pick up data they required.
- Other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by the company from time to time.
- Job Requirements:
- Qualification : Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Database Management or its equivalent.
- Experience : 0-2
- Skill : System development, database management, Data Warehousing, Power Platforms
- Language : English, Malay, Chinese
