Responsibilities
  • Drive automation and test optimizations to reduce test cost, enhance product quality, improve manufacturing efficiency, and accelerate manufacturing stability on 93K SmartScale platforms.
  • Develops and debugs complex test program development efforts to convert input requirements.
  • Tests, validates, modifies, and redesigns automation requirements to guarantee application to specification.
  • Autonomously plans and schedules own daily tasks, develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.
  • Automation of test development for ATE processes below for Advantest Verigy V93000 (V93K) SmartScale platform.
  • Release for failure analysis test program.
  • Test time improvement and yield improvement.
  • Test program update to match test specification modification.
  • Develop ATE test programs - For wafer sort and final test package.
  • Develop and maintain characterization programs.
  • Drive FA and debug activities for digital/analog failures in ATE test program.
  • Custom test method development and data analysis.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with minimum 4-7 years of industry experience in IC Design, IC Test, or equivalent field.
  • Experience with FPGA/CPLD on IPs (ATPG/IO/Serdes).
  • Strong coding and debugging / problem solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital and analog circuits, its associated test methods, and fault models.
  • Test content development experience, fundamental knowledge of DFT for test coverage and exposure to multiple ATE tester platforms are preferred.
  • Tester knowledge (ATE), Programming knowledge (C++, C, Python).
  • Experience with Advantest Verigy V93000 (V93K) SmartScale/Exascale platform with Smartest 7.x or 8.x.
  • Experience in automation using Python using standard libraries in Unix/Linux.
  • Experience in test program development and pattern generation in V93K platform.
