Email Marketing Executive

To develop and execute all email marketing campaigns and initiatives. This includes template development, testing, audience segmentation, and scheduling of emails. For this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with stakeholders across different departments and countries.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, schedule and ensure flawless delivery of emails to all customer segments.
  • Maintain email calendar to ensure timely execution and deployment of emails.
  • Segment email lists and personalize content based on user behavior, preferences and demographics.
  • A/B test subject lines, content, and CTAs to optimize engagement.
  • Support the team in optimizing client email journeys.
  • Support additional digital marketing efforts involving emails.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance email marketing effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Highly organized, meticulous and detail-oriented.
  • Agile and highly adaptable to change.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior email marketing, SMS marketing, or database management experience is preferred.
  • HTML knowledge and experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Marketo, Braze, Mailchimp, Drip, etc.) is a plus.
  • Copywriting or copyediting skills is a plus.
  • Must be comfortable to speak and read conversational Mandarin for communication purposes.
  • Easy and convenient access to LRT & KTM transit.
