Senior Human Resource Executive at Auto Count Sdn Bhd

Responsibilities:

Drive Industry-Academia Partnership:

  • Identify and recruit higher learning institutions as AutoCount Authorised Training Centres (AATCs).
  • Promote and advise on the incorporation of AutoCount's software (Accounting and HRMS) into academic syllabi.
  • Provide value-added services through educational activities such as industry talks, competitions, and more.
  • Stay up-to-date with the status and goals of AATCs.

Deliver Training and Assignment Marking:

  • Deliver effective train-the-trainer sessions, briefings, and student classes.
  • Liaise with AATCs to meet their training and assignment evaluation needs.
  • Perform assignment marking.

Plan and Execute Educational Events:

  • Organise events to enhance AATCs' knowledge of industry trends, AutoCount's product updates, and current market insights, fostering stronger industry-academia partnerships.
  • Liaise with AATCs to understand academic requirements and support their educational and learning activities.

Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of all job-related activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and above in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Training and Development, etc.).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in consulting, education, training, or relevant fields required.
  • Proficient in written and verbal English and Malay; candidates fluent in Mandarin are an added advantage.
  • Excellent project management and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong public speaking and training skills.
  • Knowledge in business software (Accounting/ HRMS/POS) will be an added advantage.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Malaysia, including long-distance trips.
