Job Requirements:

2) Photography & Videography

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and skilled Photographer & Videographer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images and videos that align with our brand's vision and help elevate our marketing and promotional efforts. You will work closely with the marketing and design teams to create visual content for digital platforms, social media, websites, and other marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of photography and videography techniques, along with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of yachts, charters, events, and guest experiences.
• Conduct aerial (drone) photography and videography to showcase yacht features and scenic destinations.
• Plan and execute creative storytelling through visual content, ensuring alignment with the brand's luxury image.
• Edit and retouch photos and videos for marketing, social media, and promotional materials.
• Ensure proper lighting, angles, and compositions to highlight the best features of yachts and charters.

Content Creation & Marketing Support:

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop visually compelling content for websites, social media, and advertising campaigns.
• Create engaging short-form and long-form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and RedBook (XHS)
• Assist in curating visual themes and concepts for seasonal campaigns and promotions.
• Maintain an organized library of photo and video assets for future use.

On-Site & Event Coverage:

• Attend yacht charter events, client experiences, and promotional activities to capture live moments.
• Work in various weather and lighting conditions to ensure high-quality output.
• Coordinate with yacht crews and event teams to ensure smooth filming and photography sessions.

Equipment & Technical Maintenance:

• Manage and maintain photography and videography equipment, including cameras, drones, stabilizers, and lighting.
• Stay updated with the latest photography and video editing software, tools, and trends.
• Ensure all equipment is safely handled, stored, and transported as needed.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Photography, Videography, Media Production, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in photography/videography, preferably in luxury, travel, or marine industries.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating photography, videography, and editing skills.
• Experience in using professional cameras, drones, gimbals, and lighting equipment.
• Able to travel to take photos and video shoots of company content.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
• Skilled in drone operation and aerial photography (licensed drone operators preferred).
• Ability to shoot and edit high-quality videos with smooth transitions, color grading, and special effects.
• Strong knowledge of lighting techniques, camera settings, and composition.

Soft Skills & Other Requirements:

• MUST be able to travel frequently for shoots
• Creative and detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with marketing and operations teams.
• Comfortable working on yachts and in outdoor environments, including handling sea conditions.

3) English Social Media Specialist (FB (Meta)/ IG/ TikTok/Lemon8) / Chinese Social Media Specialist (XHS/Douyin)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a digitally savvy and creative English Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our presence across key platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Lemon8, and LinkedIn. You'll strategize, execute, and analyze content to build brand awareness and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute content calendars across multiple social media platforms
