The Role:

  1. Participate in all activities in Financial Sector Talent Enrichment Programme (FSTEP).
  2. Undergo on-the-job training based on the respective Management Associate Track (Actuarial/Finance, Operations, Business or Governance, Distribution).
  3. Project manage companywide and ad-hoc activities to develop leadership skills in various aspects, e.g. LIFE Programme, Townhall, Career Fair, School Adoption Programme, Industrial Visit, Employer Branding initiatives, etc.
  4. Accelerate personal growth through personal development interventions.
  5. Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
  6. Highlight any potential concerns/risks and proactively share best risk management practices.
  7. Other responsibilities as required.

The Person:

  1. Bachelor/Master Degree in Actuarial Science, Accounting & Finance, BioHealth/Biotechnology/Biomedical Science, Economics, Business, Information Technology, Law, Statistics, Mathematics, etc.
  2. Minimum CGPA of 3.50/4.00.
  3. Fresh graduate or with 1 year working experience.
  4. Driven, adaptable, and highly passionate about excellence.
  5. Strong research and analytical skills.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  8. High level of integrity, takes accountability for work, and possesses a good attitude towards teamwork.
  9. Takes initiative to improve the current state of things and is adaptable to embrace new changes.
