Responsibilities
  • Provide professional medical consultation and healthcare advice to all customers.
  • Provide excellent service and maintain good relationships with all our customers.
  • Manage and oversee outlet operations according to the standards and procedures of the company.
  • Lead the outlet staff as a team to achieve outlet sales targets.
  • Be responsible for providing guidance and teaching to subordinates.
  • Always keep up to date on market trends in terms of medication, product knowledge, and the latest pharmacology findings.
  • Participate in company activities when necessary.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Pharmacy.
  • Registered with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia.
  • Strong communication skills, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant personality and customer-friendly.
  • Positive working attitude and passion for the pharmacist profession.
