Currently, we are seeking talented software engineers to contribute to the development and refinement of Generative AI (GenAI) models.

About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of AI and software development. As a Software Engineer specializing in AI Model Training, you will play a key role in improving AI-generated content by providing high-quality code and technical feedback. This role offers flexibility; you can work remotely as a full-time employee or freelancer, with the freedom to set your own schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and answer technical questions related to computer science to support AI model training.
  2. Review, evaluate, and rank AI-generated code to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
  3. Provide clear explanations of complex technical concepts to improve AI understanding.
  4. Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to enhance AI model performance.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science from a selective institution.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
  3. Excellent ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  4. High attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and adherence to style guidelines.
