  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring that the project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks are effectively managed and communicated.
  • Coordinate and oversee the work of the project team, including consultants, developers, testers, and trainers, and ensure that they adhere to Agile project management standards and best practices.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the client, and manage the client relationship and expectations throughout the project.
  • Facilitate the business analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and change management activities, and ensure that the project deliverables meet the client's requirements and expectations.
  • Monitor and report on the project progress, status, issues, and risks, and escalate any critical issues or risks to the senior management and stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions, and document and share the project outcomes and feedback.

Requirement

  • 4 to 5 years of experience in project management in IT related projects.
  • Experience in ERP implementation would be an advantage.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, business administration, engineering, or related field.
