Job Responsibilities:
  1. To achieve set individual sales targets and key performance index (KPI) set.
  2. To provide human capital executive search and placement.
  3. To develop new business opportunities, manage and grow client relationships.
  4. To drive performance initiatives in accordance with the company's business plan.
  5. Responsible for the full recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating candidates and conducting reference checks to match with client's requirements.
  6. Conduct researching using effective searching tools and techniques to identify suitable candidates, through database searches, Internet & media job postings, target searches, head hunting and personal networking.
  7. Comfortable to interact and communicate with clients and candidates.
Requirements:
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any field.
  2. At least 2-4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  3. Applicants must be willing to work in Uptown 1, Damansara Uptown, PJ.
  4. Preferably Mid-Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
