Operations Data Analyst / Optimization Coordinator

Car Medic is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Data Analyst to collect, organize, and analyze data related to our vehicle dismantling processes. This role requires someone who is highly skilled in numerical analysis, comfortable working outdoors on-site with the operations team, and capable of producing clear and engaging presentations. In addition to data analysis responsibilities, this individual will also provide direct support to the Managing Director as a Personal Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operations Data Analysis:
    • Collect and compile data related to vehicle dismantling processes, operational efficiency, and performance metrics.
    • Conduct field calculations and experiments on-site to gather accurate data for analysis.
    • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improving vehicle dismantling workflows.
    • Develop comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visual presentations to communicate findings effectively.
    • Collaborate with the operations team to implement data-driven improvements that enhance dismantling efficiency and reduce waste.
  2. Presentation & Documentation:
    • Create professional, well-structured presentations for internal meetings, project proposals, and performance reviews.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of dismantling processes, data records, and analysis results.
  3. Personal Assistant Duties:
    • Assist the Managing Director with daily administrative tasks, scheduling, and correspondence.
    • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and event planning as required.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with proven experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis software.
  • Ability to work outdoors on-site with the vehicle dismantling team to conduct field calculations and data collection.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the operations team.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
  • Previous experience in a personal assistant or administrative role is advantageous.

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in data analytics, business administration, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with vehicle dismantling, recycling, or automotive processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
