Job Summary

A Prime Payroll Lead has professional certifications in the SAP HCM Payroll module and additional associate certifications. They will be a subject expert in HCM / Payroll. As a lead, they will be responsible for the preparation and execution of payroll-related client workshops. In their role, they are able to manage, lead & mentor other consultants.

A Prime Payroll Lead is responsible for overall solution design and is able to perform as a solution architect. The Prime payroll lead is able to communicate clearly to senior stakeholders. You will be expected to support sales initiatives such as pre-sales and RFPs. A Prime payroll lead who has completed multiple full life cycle implementations, with management responsibilities. A Prime payroll lead has a good understanding of the functional HR processes that fall within the domain of their SuccessFactors module expertise and is able to discuss on a functional level requirements and best practices with the client.

Nature & Scope

The Prime Payroll lead will provide functional and technical advice to our clients in SuccessFactors design on HCM / HR Payroll. They will be a hands-on application expert and prepare/review project deliverables. A lead will utilise and apply best practices on projects based on experience and in consultation with experts; appropriately tailored for the client and their culture. They will be proficient in leading workshops with the client, manage client expectations and communicate to senior stakeholders on implementation progress and solution design.

A Prime Payroll Lead will act as a mentor for junior consultants and be able to lead teams of junior and senior consultants. As a Lead, they will be expected to provide strategic advice on SuccessFactors functional applications. Being a lead they will also be a source of functional and technical training providers to clients and administrators.

Knowledge & Experience

  1. Minimum 4+ years of consulting and hands-on experience in multiple Full Life Cycles in the areas of HCM / HR Payroll, from planning to configuration through to go-live.
  2. Strong functional knowledge of HCM / HR Payroll.
  3. Experience in developing and cultivating relationships that support our clients, with the vision of supporting our customer-for-life approach.
  4. Profound understanding of HR and industry-specific business processes.
  5. Must possess excellent communication skills and be able to present and communicate to Senior managers and executives.

Required Skills

  1. Professional certification in SAP HCM Payroll.
  2. Microsoft Office tools and Presentation skills.
