Job Responsibilities:

  1. To answer visitors' questions, calls, and emails, and provide them with the relevant information.
  2. Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
  3. Notify relevant employees when visitors arrive.
  4. To make announcement through paging system especially for special and emergency cases.
  5. Cleanroom smock arrangement for visitors.
  6. Plant wide stationery management, stationery purchasing, receiving, distribution.
  7. Gift management, regular new gift purchasing, and inventory.
  8. Support and give assistance to Admin team on administrative functions.
  9. Other duties assigned by supervisor.

Job Qualifications:

  1. Education : Diploma or degree or equivalent
  2. Language Basic oral and written skills in English and Mandarin
  3. Experience: 1-3years' work experience including 1~2 years' expertise experience in a high paced environment specializing in administration work experience.
  4. Functional Competency: English Skills, Government Visit Reception Knowledge, Work Permit/Visa Knowledge/Invitation Letter, Air ticket/Hotel booking knowledge
