SENIOR / SYSTEM ANALYST (SAP FI/CO Consultant)

We are currently looking for the role of SENIOR / SYSTEM ANALYST (SAP FI/CO). This is an exciting opportunity to expand your skill set, achieve job satisfaction, and work-life balance.

JOB DESCRIPTION

To provide IT professional service to Client's group companies and support day-to-day system operations. Responsible for system governance, gathering user requirements, system/design improvement, system development, and audit compliance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide SAP functional core expertise in FICO module for local and regional operations.
  • Responsible for delivering any SAP project/enhancement on time.
  • Responsible for system & process governance, including validating as-is vs to-be process flows and system integration from users' perspective.
  • Gather business requirements, design systems, and provide solutions to fulfill business requirements, ensuring integration with other applications.
  • Manage deliverable documents (business blueprint, business flow diagram, functional specification, configuration, business process procedure, and training documents).
  • Validate test scripts and coordinate with users.
  • Manage SAP support tickets and ensure ticket closure & deliverables within agreed SLA.
  • Lead, facilitate, or support system upgrading projects or new projects introduced to regional subsidiaries.
  • Proactively propose system & process improvements.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on functional experience in configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Finance modules, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP Financial modules.
  • Basic understanding of SAP ABAP programming will be advantageous.
  • Analytical, meticulous, and have a good sense of business processes & troubleshooting.
  • Ability to articulate and communicate with people at all levels in the organization.
  • Able to work independently and lead projects.
  • Willing to travel to support subsidiaries in regional countries if required.

  • SAP FI/CO, Report Writer & SAPscript.
  • Mature and strong team player with the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively at all levels.
  • Self-motivated with initiative and drive.
