Job Description
  • Lead all tech projects involving planning, design, configuration, testing & support and project management.
  • Accountable for all creation, maintenance, and ongoing integration infrastructure on cloud and on-premises.
  • Manage, enhance, and deploy DevSecOps services.
  • Automate workflows between GitHub, App Sec tools, and AWS services.
  • Familiar with agile software development principles such as Scrum and TDD and modern application concepts.
  • Understand customer and project requirements and translate to tech implementations.
  • Automate and monitor system and service uptime.
  • Ensure site reliability for the POS ecosystem.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, analysts, and other TPMs to ensure we do things right and on time.
  • Continuously find ways to help teams and the organization improve the way of working.
  • Work collaboratively with the business analyst and ensure compliance with business policies and procedures.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-moving transformation journey.
  • Adapt, simplify, and act quickly based on business needs.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders on project status, deliverables, and overall project plans.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in DevSecOps and CloudOps.
  • Qualifications in computer science, engineering, or similar technical studies.
  • Proficient in one of the scripting languages like shell, Python, etc.
  • Publish and implement CI/CD best practices.
  • Set up IaC pipelines and move to a fully automated deployment pipeline.
  • Troubleshoot, identify, and fix issues along with the dev team.
  • Familiarity with modern agile practices.
  • Lead the Ops stream for the hybrid ecosystem.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment where autonomy and self-decision making is needed and able to juggle between different projects/tasks to achieve common outcomes for the company.
  • Willing to be placed in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on a contract basis.
