Account Executive - Pontian

Responsibilities:
  1. Financial data entry & record keeping
  2. Perform Account Receivable & Account Payable aging and reconciliation
  3. Perform Bank reconciliation
  4. Able to handle full set account
  5. Manage staff expenses claim and proper account coding
  6. Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and filing
  7. Assist in preparation audit and tax process
  8. Provide the services to the best of your ability and with all due care, attention, and skill
  9. Comply with all applicable rules, regulations, and codes of practice
  10. Verification of all invoices with appropriate documents
  11. Daily data entry in ABSS accounting system with appropriate supporting documents with accuracy
  12. Daily checking and monitoring of cash flow and ensuring bank balance is sufficient before payment is made as well as discussion with superiors if there is tight cash flow
  13. Responsible for reviewing and resolving outstanding AP / AR aging payment and receiving of invoices
  14. Execution of Billing team
  15. To ensure on-time collection of customers' payments
  16. Imports and exports shipment arrangement and document preparation
  17. Undertake any other ad-hoc / special assignment as required by management
  18. Execute cost control of expenses and sales matching as well as timely
  19. Overseeing income and expenses and monitoring financial transactions
  20. Creating and analysing financial reports and taking actions to ensure profitability
  21. Handling finance project management
    • Assist to Finance Manager
  22. To handle ad hoc assignments and other duties assigned by Superior from time to time
Requirements:
  1. Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree
  2. At least 2-3 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position
  3. Required language(s): Chinese
  4. Excellent written and oral communications in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
  5. Proactive, self-motivated, quick learner, pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
  6. Can work independently
