  • Supervise and coordinate daily site activities including subcontractor and worker coordination, ensuring work aligns with project schedules and quality standards.
  • Track and prepare daily reports on work progress and manpower efficiency.
  • Assist in resolving technical and site issues, escalate to superiors when necessary.
  • Estimate and monitor material usage, conduct site measurements and verify accuracy of claim quantities.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a site supervisor or in a similar construction management role
  • Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and safety regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and drawings
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Certification or diploma in construction management or a related field would be an advantage
