Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • At least 15 years of legal experience, with a focus on corporate law and compliance.
  • Qualified company secretarial (MACS/ MACS/ MIA)
  • Experience in a reputable law firm or in-house legal department
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks like GDPR and ABAC.
  • Strong understanding of corporate, securities, and emerging regulatory laws.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing legal teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to handle diverse legal portfolios
