Job Description

Responsibilities

Billings
  • Check the order details in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of billing.
  • Issue invoices and send to customers through various channels.
  • Process credit memos.
  • Verify and address any billing related queries from the stakeholders.
  • Responsible for examining any billing discrepancies, highlighting and proactively resolving the issues.
Finance Support
  • Responsible for invoices and journal entries upload from Projector.
  • Responsible for preparing and analyzing monthly profitability, WIP, unearned revenue, and unbilled revenue, in accordance with the revenue recognition policy.
  • Work closely with the operation teams to ensure orders are properly processed and billed in a timely manner.
  • Complete balance sheet reconciliation adequately, highlighting and proactively resolving the problematic aging items.
  • Responsible for internal audit measures related to vendor master.
  • Ad hoc reports or projects as requested.
Requirements
  • A strong academic background in Accountancy and Finance, with a passion for business finance and support.
  • Candidates must also have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office Excel, including proficiency in using Vlookup and Pivot Table functions.
  • Fluency in the English language is essential.
  • This combination of education, passion, and technical skills makes the ideal candidate well-equipped to succeed in this role.
